And above all, how can the necessary skills be developed to remain competitive in a constantly evolving environment?<\/span><\/p>\n It is in response to these questions that <\/span>Tech Time 2 Skill<\/b> was created : a European project launched in 2023 by a consortium of committed training organizations, including Simplon.co, BeCode, and Factor\u00eda F5, in collaboration with SME networks and technology partners. Co-funded by the European Union, the project aims to make AI and cybersecurity accessible, understandable, and immediately applicable for business leaders, employees, and job seekers.<\/span><\/p>\n This white paper reflects nearly three years of hands-on experimentation in the field. It shares concrete insights, human-centered testimonials, and proven methodologies for turning digital upskilling into real-world action within organizations.
